Shipping within India
The time taken to deliver the product depends on the location of delivery. In general, products shipped to metropolitan cities are expected to be delivered within 3-5 days, while non-metropolitan areas may receive the product within 7-10 days of shipping. Our operational days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
Some exceptions:
If you have placed an order for more than 7 units of the same product or if the item you ordered is marked as a pre-order or currently in production, it may require additional time to process your order.
During busy periods, such as holidays, or in unforeseen circumstances, there is a possibility of delays in processing your order.
For items that are currently out of stock, it may take between 2 to 6 weeks before the item is dispatched.
In any of these situations, we will keep you updated and informed through email or phone communication.
