Returns & Replacements
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To initiate a return, customers can send an email to [email protected] or a message via WhatsApp to +91 9650522364.
- A request for return will be accepted only when the product is damaged or the delivery of wrong product. However, a video should be provided while unboxing the product to support the damage or wrong product delivery.
- A detailed return process will be provided to the customer once their request has been accepted.
- In the case of exchange, the existing order will be picked up and refunded in the form of a store credit voucher (same amount) so that the customer can place a new order in the future by using the same voucher.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours for prepaid orders and 7 days for COD orders after the product is received at the KinderArmor facility.
- Order cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted.
